Paid Shipping

We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options at checkout for an additional charge. These orders are processed within 1 business day and typically have transit times of 1 to 7 business days, depending on the service chosen. Same day free delivery for local customers* if ordered before 3:00 PM

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Smoke11. Estimated processing and shipping times may vary during peak times such as sales events and holidays.

**Shipping cut-off for same-day fulfillment is 12 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day for paid shipping orders. Free shipping orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to local laws or carrier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to certain regions. These include:

  • Amanita Muscaria: Louisiana, Internationally
  • Kratom: Various states and counties (refer to full list)
  • THCA Products: Various states and Internationally (refer to full list)

Products with Total THC (THCA x .877 + D9THC) greater than 0.3%, while maintaining the federally legal limit of 0.3% D9THC, are included.

Discreet Billing, Shipping, and Packaging

We value your privacy. Orders from Smoke11 are shipped discreetly in plain packaging with no store or product information. The return address will appear as "JAM Distribution". For international shipments, product titles and values are listed on customs forms.

All purchases will appear on your statements as "SMOKE11" without any mention of a smoke shop or specific product names.

Shipment Tracking and Insurance

Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email upon order fulfillment. This information can also be found on your order status page and the My Account page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

International Shipments

Services and Transit Times

Smoke11 offers worldwide shipping with options including USPS, UPS, and DHL Express. Estimated transit times vary:

  • USPS First Class Mail International: Up to 21 business days
  • DHL Express Worldwide: As short as 2 business days

Shipping options and estimated transit times for your location will be displayed at checkout. Smoke11 is not responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery dates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Smoke11 has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for more information. If your shipment is confiscated by customs, no refund will be issued. If you refuse to pay import taxes or duties, your package will be discarded and no refund will be issued.

Undeliverable Address

Packages returned as undeliverable will result in a full refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. These orders cannot be re-shipped; you will need to place a new order. If you suspect your package is undeliverable, wait until it is returned to our warehouse for a refund.

Note for International Customers: Be aware of import regulations in your country. Orders returned due to import restrictions will not be refunded beyond shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Smoke11 are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
